Over 20 years of finance and retail experience with Kuwait international bank as a manager in retail financial services. Finance manager for Kuwait Drilling company. Supervisory board of two kdc subsidiary companies for transportation and specialized manpower.

Khalid Al Damkhi is the Administrative Manager at KDC, a role he commenced in 2005. Prior to his current appointment, Al- Damkhi served at the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce. At the Council of Ministers General Secretariat he served as the head Supervisor.

Al-Damkhi holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Kuwait University. He is a certified Charted Human Resource Consultant from the Charted Association of Business Administrators.

Anwar Alkhabbaz, Commercial Manager – Recently Joined KDC in February 2022 and has held the position of Commercial Manager.

Previous to KDC, Anwar had spent the earlier part of her distinguished career in the upstream oil and gas sector at Weatherford International based in Kuwait.

Anwar has a total of 15 years experience in the oil and gas industry, holding positions in various product lines and managerial assignments.

Ms. Alkhabbaz has graduated from Florida International University and specialized in Strategic Marketing in her Master Degree.

In February 2016, Abdulfatah Ramadan Mohalhel joined KDC in the capacity of Technical Manager. In this role, he is responsible for KDC’s Operations, Project Management and Supply Chain. Mr. Mohalhel has 34 years’ experience in the upstream sector of the O&G industry spanning drilling and workover operations, rig purchasing and rig contracts. Prior to joining KDC, Mr. Mohalhel served at Arab Drilling & Workover Company (ADWOC), Libya in the capacity of Operations Manager and General Manager’s Deputy. He Also served on the Drilling and Workover Committee of the Libyan National Oil Corporation (NOC).

Mr. Mohalhel has graduated with Honors from Eastern New Mexico University, Roswell, New Mexico (ENMUR), USA with degrees in Associate of Applied Science and Associate of Science in Petroleum Technology. He also has attained an International Diploma in Health and Safety Management, London, UK.

Mr. Ahmad’s journey in the Oil and Gas field started since 2003 as a part of Schlumberger - Directional Drilling.

Mr. Ahmad escalated to various management roles at Schlumberger around a different locations in the world including deep technical and deep management roles. He has a great fingerprint introducing several new technologies in the field of Directional Drilling and others.

His career path continued when he moved to Weatherford and other regional companies around the Middle East.

Currently, Mr. Ahmad is focusing on establishing KDC’s services Business Line, starting from Directional Drilling and other services such as down hole tools rentals, and fishing services.

Tarek Mohamed is the business development manager at Kuwait drilling company. Joined KDC in 2014 as the head of the project management office. Prior to joining KDC he served as the Middle East operation manager for Trident USA, Vice president for PROJACS International, and controls manager for Bechtel International. He is a certified project manager (PMP), holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the American University in Cairo (AUC), master of business administration (MBA) from Penn State University in Pennsylvania USA, and contracts law certificate from Harvard University USA.

Antonio Delgado is a seasoned HSE professional with 26 yrs. experience in Oil & Gas, including Operators the lights of Shell, and Petrobras as well as Service companies such as Baker Hughes and Maersk. Antonio has an HSE Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (Mass, USA), with a concentration on International Studies. His international work experience includes Latin America, and the Caribbean, Scandinavia, UK, Africa, and more recently the Middle East and the Gulf States.

Antonio is fluent in English, and Spanish, and has basic command of Italian and Portuguese. Antonio joined KDC in late 2015 to oversee the transformation of the HSE team towards a service-oriented organization. Antonio is originally from Venezuela.

Tom Sargent, since January 2020 had led in his current role as Operations Manager. In his prior role of General Superintendent, he managed specific and complex operations in Deep Drilling & Workover, Joint-Operations, IDS Campaigns and multiple new build/rig refurbishment projects.

Prior to joining KDC in April 2009, he began his career in the shallow oilfields of North Texas. Key opportunities for career development were the catalyst that drew him away from his origins. Deployed to numerous locations around the world, working diverse assignments in remote and extreme environments, he worked his way up through the ranks of reputable international drilling companies.
