Our Heritage.
Kuwait Drilling CO. K.S.C.C. was established in 1963 as a joint venture between Santafe International Corporation, USA, with a 49% holding, and a consortium of Kuwaiti businessmen with 51%. Today, KDC is a subsidiary of the Contracting & Marine Services Company KSC. Though Santafe’s share is now held by Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC), we are continuing to build on its legacy.
