Dr. Abdul Azeez Al-Rashed | Chairman

Dr. Abdul Azeez Al-Rashed holds a Ph. D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. AI-Rashed is a member of the board of directors of Contracting and Marine Services Company (1998-present), a member of the board of National industries group (2018-present), a member of the board of Kuwait Cement Company (2018-present) and the Chairman of Kuwait Drilling CO. K.S.C.C. (1998-present).

Mr. Ayman Musaed AlQattan  | Board Member

Ayman Musaed AlQattan graduated from Seattle University in 1994 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. He began his career in the banking sector for seven years before transitioning to the oil industry, where he has accumulated over 23 years of experience. His expertise spans Corporate Finance, Treasury, and Accounting. Ayman currently serves as the Deputy Managing Director of Finance at Kuwait Petroleum Corporation.

Mr. Waleed Abdulmohsen Al-Saeed | Board Member

Waleed Al-Saeed holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and has over 30 years of experience in internal audit within the oil sector, across the petroleum value chain at Kuwait Petroleum Corporation. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Kuwait. His professional expertise is focused on internal audit, governance, risk management, and assurance activities across the petroleum industry. He currently serves as Deputy Managing Director – Internal Audit at Kuwait Petroleum Corporation.

Mr. Fahed Salem Al-Ajmi | Board Member

Graduated from the USA with a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering. In 1980, he joined KOC as an Engineer and then progressed to become Deputy Chairman and Deputy Managing Director. He moved to Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Company (KUFPEC) as Chairman and Managing Director, then joined Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) as Chairman and Managing Director. During this time, he also became a KPC board member and still continues to hold this position.

Mr. Ayman Al-Banwan | Board Member

Ayman Banwan Al Banwan graduated from San Jose State University in 1998, majoring in Economics. He started his career in Kuwait Cement Company in 1999 as an Investment Portfolio Manager. He is the board member of the Contracting and Marine Services Company and a member of Shuwaikh Cement Company.
